Job Description

 

Accountability Objective:

  • Coordinate the logistical aspects of product development in a particular business line by tracking project schedules with external vendors and internal departments utilizing the company’s project trafficking system. Review layout and content of manuals/workbooks for quality and accuracy before they are sent to print.
  • Coordinate the logistical aspects of product development. Review layout and content of products for quality and accuracy. Coordinate projects with all involved.
  • Manage the project plan.
  • Coordinate efforts with the creative team to produce manuals, multi-media discs, event collateral, direct mail, print ads, online creative,student correspondences, catalogs, postcards, productelements, brochures, training materials, conference materials, and other related materials.
  • Manage project approvals through legal and Rich Dad.
  • Manage a data library for our various creative’s
  • Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Providing assistance to staff, researching, preparing, and drafting documents for efficient operation of the department.
  • Maintains and files job folders, marketing literature, and sample files.
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements

 

  • High School diploma required, some college preferred with 2 to 3 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. 
  • Expertise in rules and accepted usage of English language required.
  • Skill in the use of Computers and related software applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepare reports.
  • Ability to create, composes, and edit written material.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used advertising / marketing concepts, practices.
  • Records maintenance skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong organizational skills
