As a Sales Quoting Specialist you will assist the Sales team with generating, reviewing, and approving price quotations.  In addition, you will coordinate the generation of custom quotations and serve as a liaison between clients and internal functional groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintenance of sales quoting tools, including building of specifications, testing, and coordination with Information Systems.
  • Manage the custom quoting process including coordinating between clients and functional departments, generating price estimates and quotes and establishing and tracking compliance against established internal service agreements.
  • Actively identify areas for process improvements.  Coordinate the implementation of process improvements to completion.
  • In conjunction with sales education staff, generate training material and process documentation related to quoting services. 
Skills/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or sales
  • Strong PC skills, including all Microsoft Office applications            

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience in a Sales or Sales Operations environment
  • Experience with implementing process improvements
