Under the general direction of the Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to resident/patients according to treatment plans and the policies and procedures of the department.

• New York  State PTA license or certification
• One to two years of clinical experience in a long term or subacute care in a geriatric setting.
• Must have knowledge of basic physical therapy treatment procedures, interventions and techniques.
