Job Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||
The HR Assistant reports to the Director of Human Resources. The essential function of this position include: Process and complete employee confidential data & correspondence. Meets with all new hires to complete hire processing, including photo ID, I-9 verification, andd handscan registration at the time clocks. Ensures accuracy and completeness of employee (and Agency) staff files to adhere to policy and regulatory compliance. Completes internal department audits as required. |

Skills/Requirements | ||||||||||||||||||||||
High School Deiploma or GED required. BS/BA preferred. Minimum of 2 years related experience in a busy office environment. HR experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal commuication. Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite word processing and spreadsheet software. Prior experience with HRIS database systems, preferably ADP. |
