Position Summary The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting with the overall success of the Food Program including adhering to our culture, guidelines, and our standard of excellence in food quality, freshness, and presentation. We are seeking experienced Hourly Sous Chefs for AM shift. Position is Monday to Friday. |

Duties include but are not limited to:
Overseeing the daily execution of the Chef's vegan and raw menus and overall vision. Oversees the daily appearance, cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen.
Our dynamic team desires an individual with:
Has a minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory experience in a quality food service establishment.
