As a Human Resources Business Partner  at Go Daddy, you will provide Human Resources program support within the business organization by partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to diagnose and solve organizational issues, integrate and implement HR strategies that result in the improvement of business unit performance.

 In this role, you will: 

  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning to influence strategies to produce desired business outcomes.
  • Advise and influence management on procedures such as employee development, performance management, and retention.
  • Provide leadership in creating open communication between managers and employees as well as communicating corporate changes to client group.
  • Coach and advise management on employee and organizational issues and facilitates problem resolution and team building.
  • Provide direction to employees and management that enables maximum performance and reinforces the business culture while influencing positive morale and employee retention.
  • Attend management staff meetings and participate as a partner in organizational programs to ensure HR objectives are in concert with business operating objectives.
  • Ensures ongoing employee education and development is valued and assists management in establishing employee development opportunities.
  • Initiate and drive projects on variety of subjects and strategic issues to meet the needs of changing organizations.
  • Builds collaborative, trusting and credible relationships with senior leaders, providing them with expert advice.
  • Coach key business leaders on leading and managing their organizations effectively.
  • Translate business strategies and objectives into HR initiatives and actions and drive to completion.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s in business or related field required
  • PHR/SPHR Certification strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 -7 plus years of Human Resource Management and Generalist experience
  • Ability to plan, organize, analyze and establish priorities to achieve results
  • Must work well under pressure as a self-starter, handling multiple tasks
  • Excellent people skills to interact with internal employee contacts and outside vendors/consultants
  • Excellent verbal/written/presentation/facilitation communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify and understand complex issues, analyze and draw conclusions, and determine approaches for choosing and executing an effective course of action
  • Enthusiastic with high energy and timely responsiveness
  • Proven ability to build solid, trusting and credible relationships
  • Background in performance management, rewards, and recognition
  • Experience in a shared services organization with responsibility for a significant piece of the business
  • Sound knowledge in Operational Human Resource activities such as; benefits, employee relations, sick leave/workers compensation management etc…
