Job Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||
This position reports to and provides secretarial support to Director of Rehabilitation and the entire department. Coordiantes designated administrative activities, prepares schedule and communicates changes. Prepares and submits all purchasing for department, monitors inventory and delivery of equipment. Maintains a variety of computer files.

Skills/Requirements | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Must have excellent computer, clerical, typing skill and word processing expertise. Ability to manage several software system. Excellent knowledte of computers and electronic data processing. Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, set priorities, and work independently. Attention to detail a must. Ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to communicate to staff, customers, residents, and public effectively. This is a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate will have AAS or Business School diploma and 2-4 years related experience, preferably in health care setting. |
