EMR Software Support Specialist
Modernizing Medicine is hiring an experienced software support analyst to provide best in class service to our expanding client base. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an exceptional, fast-paced, positive and growing organization. 
As a Software Support Specialist for Modernizing Medicine, you will be providing best in class customer support to physicians, nurses and staff on EMA - our revolutionary EMR software service. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Troubleshooting software issues through our online and telephone based customer support systems.
  • Providing off-hour customer support.
  • Reporting software improvements to software engineers.
  • Managing time effectively with minimal supervision to accurately scope projects and ensure that practices are trained on time.


  • 2-4 Year Degree, technical certificate or equivalent professional work experience
  • 2+ Years Experience troubleshooting web-based software
  • 2+ Years providing software support to external clients
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of users
  • Strong problem solving skills, adaptable and proactive
  • Able and willing to take ownership
  • Strong commitment to quality
  • EMR Software Experience
  • Experience with Sugar and or Parature
