Job Description

Organization Summary

Since becoming an independent international organization in 2002, BBYO has built a powerful platform of professionals, volunteers and teens who are capable of delivering a wide menu of compelling experiences developed internally and with partners. The number of teen participants has doubled to more than 35,000, its national staff has grown to over 100 professionals, and its budget has grown to over to $20 million.  During the next five years BBYO will fully leverage this platform by offering clearly defined learning objectives, more program experiences, more opportunities to connect and more substantive tools to measure impact, ultimately sending a more passionate generation of young Jews to campus and young adulthood.

The development department spearheads a Leadership campaign to raise funds for national operations, and a Friends and Alumni (FAN) campaign to raise funds for local programming and operations in 35 communities across North America. This position will work closely with the department to implement all aspects of these campaigns. As the department works closely with the executive, marketing and finance departments, this position will gain exposure to their work as well.
