Concept Systems solves automation and control systems challenges across all industries.  We are experts in both discrete and process control, applying best in class automation technologies across a variety of applications.  The solutions we create utilize all major PLC, PAC, CNC, motion controller, HMI, SCADA, robot, and vision manufacturers.  The varied technical content is implemented on systems that range in size from greenfield facilities, OEM retrofits, and turnkey machinery to small machine center upgrades.  Our customers come to Concept Systems to solve the difficult automation challenges; we leave the easy stuff to the other guys.

We believe in a very simple business model:  First, hire the best and brightest people in the business, and give them the tools and methods they need to succeed.  Second, focus exclusively on projects that we are passionate about, that result in world-class solutions, and that are profitable both for us and our customers.

Senior CNC Engineers at Concept Systems have the unique opportunity to be involved in project work from the proposal stage, through system design and development, and on-site commissioning and integration. You will be involved in the project from the beginning proposal and design stages with the customer, deciding which solutions and platforms provide the best results for the customer. Carrying your projects forward, during the development stage you will have the opportunity to be innovative and apply the latest technologies to challenging and custom controls solutions. And most importantly, you will be on-site to integrate your project and bring it to life.

Senior CNC Engineers at Concept Systems are continuously challenged and work hard. They are able to learn on the fly and work well under pressure. To foster innovation and growth, they are in a supportive and interactive working environment that allows for brainstorming and bouncing ideas off of one another, resulting in inspired customer solutions and personal career growth.  Concept Systems is best in class in terms of organization and management and stands above other integrators with a 96% employee satisfaction rating as measured by an independent third party.
