DAY SHIFT (7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)  SECOND SHIFT (3:30 p.m. - midnight)  THIRD SHIFT (Midnight - 8:00 a.m.)

The Electroplater position requires prior knowledge and experience in electroplating operations.  Our operation has both manual and automated plating systems.  We do not operate barrel systems.  Job Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly desired:

• Hard Chrome Plating - heavy build up experience

We operate multiple shifts and give consideration to special hours / shifts requests.

Salary Ranges:

• Trainee - $10.00 per hour
• Limited Experience - $13.50 per hour
• Experienced Class "A"  - $18 - $20 per hour - This class requires the individual to have the experience and ability to take any of our products along with the work order and drawings supplied and be able to set up the required tooling, calculate plating rates, current density and time, apply appropriate masking, and hard chrome plate the product with a quality finish.  All with no or minimal supervision.

• MUST have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands on experience with the Electroplating process which you are applying.
• Experience with auxillary anodes
• Experience with internal anodes
• Experience with custom fixtures
• Experience with produciton tooling
• Blasting with Glass Bead and Belt Polishing
• Knowledge of ferrous metal cleaning methods
• Steady Employment History
• HAZMAT Training a plus
• Famaliar with OSHA Regulations
• Pass a Pre-Employment Physical Including UA Drug Screen
• Pass a PFT Pulmanary Function Test for Respirator use
• Forklift experience a plus
