The primary responsibilities of this position include overseeing the construction and remodel of stores.
Coordinate the entire new store, remodel and/or facilities construction process from the bidding phase, material orders, shop drawing review, change order negotiations and contractor/sub-contractor communications thru the completion of the project
In the case of an existing store remodel project, all of the above responsibilities, as well as coordination and communication with store management and team to insure as little disruption to our on-going store functions as possible
Additional duties as assigned by the Store Planning/Construction General Manager
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology/Construction, Construction Management, Construction Administration, Architecture or Engineering OR a minimum of five years on the job experience OR a combination of on the job experience and education in the construction field
