Spanish Bilingual Technical Sales and Support Specialist

A Spanish Bilingual Technical Sales and Support Specialist provides support to existing and potential customers on inbound telephone calls regarding issues ranging from questions with products/services to assisting in the sale and/or set up of new purchases.  They also troubleshoot technical issues for Go Daddy products and well as educate and introduce customers to new offerings.

We offer an attractive starting pay of $12.00 per hour, then $13.50 after the probationary period.  Additionally, you’re eligible for bonus pay.  Average earnings are 35-45K per year and our top performers earn upwards of $60K per year!

What are the responsibilities?
• Receive inbound calls from existing and potential clients in both English and Spanish
• Walk customers through set up of Go Daddy products
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Review customer accounts, recommend and sell products & services
• Gain in depth product knowledge and educate customers
• Meet departmental goals and performance standards 


Are you a good fit?
•   
Solid understanding of internet terminology, applications and navigation
•   
One year consultative sales experience
•   
One year technical support experience
•    Six months customer service and/or call center experience
•    Desire to learn and succeed in a fast paced environment
•    High school diploma or equivalent education
•    Language Skills: Must have written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English --     
Bilingual aptitude screening will be conducted as a part of the interview process

Considered a plus:
•    Experience meeting and maintaining sales/performance quotas
•    Prior call center experience, inbound or outbound calling
