WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Managing online recruiting resources, i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor
• Collaborating with Marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns to drive traffic to the recruiting team
• Building and establishing long-standing relationships with target universities to increase brand awareness and develop a pipeline of talent for internships and full-time opportunities
• Identifying future Relians through campus recruiting events including career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviews and networking dinners.
• Establishing Relias Learning’s campus brand and strategy for on-campus recruiting
• Monitoring and developing Relias Learning’s career page
• Full cycle recruiting and sourcing 

 YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

• A bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of technical and/or sales recruiting experience
• Prior success recruiting in a high-volume corporate or agency environment
• Strong networking and relationship building skills as it relates to higher education institutions
• Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus
• Ability to function in a collaborative environment – you’ll be expected to work with the team in mind
• A knack for prioritizing responsibilities in an ever-changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient with Excel and Word
• A goal-oriented mindset and self-motivation
• Willingness to travel 10 – 20% of the time
