WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Create, write and develop new e-learning courses and edit existing content in one or more of Relias Learning’s core verticals
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your specialty area and work with external SMEs in other areas.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments who are involved in the course production pipeline
• Manage multiple priority projects efficiently and effectively

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

• A doctoral degree in Health and Human Services field, such as clinical, or counseling, psychology, or social work, or experience in psychiatric nursing or a Master’s Degree with specialized training in an area of clinical practice
• 10 years’ experience in a specialty or across various clinical practice sites
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to write for various audiences and in various styles and research literature on human service topics
• Computer/Technical literacy (Microsoft Office, internet browsers, etc.)
• Experience in online course training and development
• Continuing Education experience preferred
