Job Description
<p> The Market Response Representative (MRR) will be responsible for receiving and responding to marketing leads and delegating them to the appropriate account executive. As the initial company touchpoint for ACTIVE&rsquo;s prospective customers, the focus of an effective MRR is on being responsive and informative in order to create engaging, memorable experiences.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> The MRR will follow-up on a wide variety of marketing campaigns geared informing prospective customers about our valuable products and services, all while promoting a synergistic environment for internal and external sales and marketing teams.&nbsp; They will communicate via phone, email and live chat with companies and professionals about their business needs and initiatives in relation to the activities and events that they plan, manage, and run for their organization.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> Conduct high-level conversations with a range of personas, including Senior Executives</li> <li> Qualify and delegate new prospects to the right sales contact</li> <li> Collaborate with marketing to enhance the prospective customer experience</li> <li> Support sales team targets with a focus on bookings</li> <li> Use CRM (SalesForce) daily to capture data</li> </ul>



Skills/Requirements
<p>
<strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li>
<li>
0-2 years of sales experience</li>
<li>
Must be highly organized and capable of multi-tasking for long periods of time in a fast paced, high volume environment</li>
<li>
Proven track record of excellent communication/strategic selling skills</li>
<li>
Must be a team player and be willing to share responsibilities and goals with peers</li>
<li>
Inbound/outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience</li>
<li>
Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook and Windows applications are required</li>
<li>
Must be goal oriented</li>
<li>
Great verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process</li>
<li>
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit</li>
</ul>
