The Leasing Professional is responsible for leasing apartments, retaining current residents through quality customer service, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities as assigned by the Community Director.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls from prospects in a professional and welcoming manner to entice them to visit the property
• Escort prospects to view apartment homes and all amenity areas
• Leasing apartments to qualified prospects
• Verify applications and process leasing files timely for approval
• Follow-up with all prospects within 24-hours of their visit
• Schedule move-ins, move-outs and turnkey inspections timely to minimize rent loss
• Assist in lease renewals
•  Prepare maintenance requests as needed
