The Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring the property, pools and other amenities are kept clean so prospects and current residents have an overall positive impression of the property. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash from grounds every day
• Water lawn and flower beds as needed
• Empty trash cans around the pool and other amenities
• Sweep and clean breezeways
• Pool maintenance
• Distribute newsletters and resident notices
• Perform light general maintenance 
• Pressure washing and painting
•  Assist the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor with special projects as requested
