Based out of our Home Office in Greenwood Village, CO the Consumer Insights Coordinator supports Sensory Testing, End-to-End Marketing Project Management and Testing.
Sensory: assists with the planning, execution and data collection of the sensory function for Red Robin. End-to-End Project Management: assists with the scheduling of key meetings and note-taking. Testing: assists with administrative responsibilities in managing field tests for the marketing department. This person will help pull together feedback from the field and Guest data points so all information is clearly summarized to inform recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the scheduling for all in-house Sensory Tests
• Assist with the set-up and execution of in-house Sensory Tests
• Assist with the recruitment of participants for Focus Groups and other research requiring Denver-based participants recruited from the Sensory panel; Functions as note-taker for combined all Sensory/Focus Groups and other local Focus Groups as needed
• Assist with set-up and execution of comment cards for in-market testing; includes managing multiple outside vendors for the production of materials and data    tabulation
• Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing
• Assist with meeting scheduling and note-taking, as needed, for some End-to-End Project Management meetings
• Assist with administrative responsibilities in managing field tests for the marketing department and beyond
• Fields, routes and answers questions from test locations
• Supports monitoring for completion of test restaurant action items
• Maintains testing tools and templates
• Assists with coordinating test restaurant communications
• Assist with field test overview calls with General Managers, Regional Operations Directors, Regional Vice Presidents and Home Office key stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications: 

• 6+ months experience in Marketing, Culinary or related field required
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods preferred
• Corporate and/or restaurant industry experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to taste, smell, see and describe food ingredients with accuracy
• Strong writing, editing, communication and people skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive
• Flexible and adaptable
