Digital Media Specialist Apply
CO - Greenwood Village (Home Office)

Based out of our Home Office in Greenwood Village, CO The Digital Media Specialist reports directly to the Manager, Brand and Media and will provide marketing support impacting all corporate restaurants via both national and local paid media activities. This person will be responsible for driving sales and traffic to the restaurants by executing and optimizing online and offline media plans and strategies for Red Robin restaurants. This person will work with a large cross functional team through the ideation, development, execution and post analysis for both online and offline media efforts. This person needs to be able to see the big picture and manage many details, while staying organized and being a strong communicator and restaurant marketer. This person will support various media initiatives that are designed to generate brand awareness, build sales and drive profitable traffic.

 

Responsibilities: 

Online Media Functions
• Support planning, strategy and execution including but not limited to the following areas:
o Paid digital display
o Paid social
o SEM
• Coordinate the design and execution of the digital marketing calendar to support and elevate Red Robin's online brand presence and engagement with Guests across all paid platforms
• Compile reports for leadership to demonstrate ROI and KPIs
• Manage agency partners to execute digital marketing strategy across all paid platforms
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising Digital Marketing strategy
• Organize and gather feedback from agencies and internal team on all digital creative reviews and approvals
• Continually research and identify new digital trends and technologies to support business objectives

Offline Media Functions
• Support planning, strategy and execution in the following areas:
o Print/Direct Mail
o Mall Marketing Platform
o OOH (Billboards)
• Lead all in-restaurant media efforts (IE. PlayNetwork)
• Work closely with Business Analytics and other cross-functional groups to analyze results/impact of Offline Media programs to grow/optimize for the future

General Functions
• Serve as key liaison between marketing department and various levels of corporate stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure successful execution of paid media efforts
• Work closely against the national marketing callendar to drive results and profitable traffic to RRGB restaurants
• Assist with RRGB communication to communicate all necessary media efforts to operators in the field

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• 2+ years experience with media/digital marketing
• Experience building and executing media plans, and delivering results
• Ability to effectively multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and build plans
• Team player
