Executive Assistant Apply
CO - Greenwood Village (Home Office)

Based at our Greenwood Village Home Office, you will provide high level of administrative support and coordination. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicates with internal and external executives and board members on Senior Executive’s behalf. Researches and compiles data.
  • Creates compelling reports and presentations for Senior Executives and board member review.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of senior executive’s accountabilities, objectives, and method of operation to ensure work performed and decisions made support Senior Executive’s objectives.
  • Prepare for high level executive activities including scheduling and facilitating on-site and off-site meetings, telephone and video conferences; manage meeting agendas and minutes; create expert presentations, oversee set-up, creation of meeting packets; make necessary travel arrangements for the Senior Executives.
  • Create project status reports for executives on a regular basis; spot problems, report progress, and ensure action items are addressed
  • Manage costs, contracts, and invoices associated with projects and/or meetings
  • Carry out special projects as assigned; projects may include researching, gathering, compiling, and presenting data; some analysis may be required
  • Manage Senior Executive’s calendar and independently schedule appointments and meetings
  • Screen all incoming calls; read and analyze incoming correspondence and reports and  determine their significance; respond independently exercising good judgment; interpret requests and disseminate information appropriately
  • Create, revise, and transmit correspondence including memos, letters, and reports originating from rough drafts, verbal instructions, and own initiative
  • Ensure progress is being made on actionable items in Senior Executive’s absence
  • Process and approve invoices and prepare and audit Senior Executives’ expense reports in compliance with company policies
  • Perform numerous essential record keeping duties to organize and maintain critical confidential information
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
  • Take personal ownership of all tasks to ensure outstanding issues relating to Senior Executive are addressed and resolved expeditiously
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

  • Understand business structures of publically held companies
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
  • Experience supporting senior executives administratively
  • Able to handle administrative tasks independently, exercising good judgment
  • Organized and able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish desired results
  • Experienced in establishing and maintaining cooperative interpersonal relationships
  • Effective communicator using written and verbal forms of communication
  • Able to manage one’s time and the time of others
  • Advanced research skills
  • Skilled negotiator
  • Comfortable with confidential work
  • Able to delegate tasks to other team members
  • Outstanding Powerpoint presentation skills including video embedding
  • Working knowledge of Concur, Microsoft Office Suite, Work Day, and Kronos
