Talent Acquisition Coordinator Apply
CO - Greenwood Village (Home Office)

Based at our Greenwood Village Home Office, you will be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition administrative needs and cross functional projects / initiatives to positively impact business results, and Team Member experiences.  

Duties Include:

  • Manage the new hire flow of communication and start logistics for all new MITs
  • Support candidate travel, accommodation, car rental, reimbursements, relocation paperwork where applicable
  • Manage the initial Shift Supervisor application process
  • Support team in preparing for career fairs and open houses by managing inventory
  • Maintain and evolve recruitment reports; specifically NRO Report
  • Conduct all appropriate candidate checks including but not limited to background check, reference checks
  • Support scheduling for Home Office interviews
  • Manage communicating terminations and hires to home office
  • Produce and communicate all offer letters to new hires
  • Serve as primary point person with restaurants to resolve “missing hires” in support of goal of 100% compliance
  • Act as an integral member of the overall recruiting team: share decision making, strategies and information, and develop successful outcomes
  • Partner with broader Human Resources team to support initiatives and strategy
  • Promote Red Robin as the employer of choice to all potential candidates by providing information regarding the Company, culture, benefits, and opportunity
  • Assert professional image to positively represent Red Robin, act as a brand ambassador
  • Drive continuous process improvements in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment
  • Responsible for all invoice coding and reconciliation of Period budget
  • Complete a variety of reports
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor




Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Human Resources preferred with broad knowledge of employment laws and recruiting concepts, policies, practices and procedures
  • Exercise sound judgment in administering laws, policies, practices, etc
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Leadership skills and effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential
  • Must have strong planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to think creatively to develop innovative recruitment strategies
  • Personal Computer skills and familiarity with HRIS (Workday) / ATS (Hirebridge) software packages required
  • Strong Excel skills required
