HRIS Analyst Apply
CO - Greenwood Village (Home Office)

Based at our Greenwood Village Home Office, you will contribute to the success of Red Robin by supporting HR, Payroll and Legal systems, business processes, analysis and reporting needs.  You will partner with HR IT team to ensure support and maintenance of HRIS applications and reporting. You will ensure applicable communication and create documentation of processes regarding system changes and reporting. You will be responsible for timely and accurate HR transaction data input and integrity of data updates into HRIS. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develops routine reports and delivers according to scheduled delivery distribution on daily, weekly, bi-weekly, period, month and quarterly basis
  • Responsible for reporting on transactional data in HRIS, including new hires, terminations, EEOC data, turnover, and other transactional data as needed
  • Creates ad hoc reports for HR and Legal as needed
  • Reviews and analyzes reports to ensure to data integrity
  • Tests implementation of system and process enhancements.
  • Partners with Compliance Analyst on reporting requirements to ensure compliance with all regulatory reports
  • Partners with various leaders to evolve and enhance reporting

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Broad experience with HR technologies, systems, and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct high level needs analysis and produce reporting and data analysis
  • Proficient in Workday
  • Ability to create a consolidated report by combining data from multiple data sources
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical analysis software packages)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Information Technology or other related field

DESIRED

  • Master’s degree a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS position
  • Experience and knowledge in multi-state compliance requirements and HR policy
  • SQL query development a plus
