Based at our Greenwood Village Home Office, you will be responsible for recruiting restaurant management positions, building talent pipelines by utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy to include: social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, networking while continually identifying new pipelines through research.
Duties Include:
- Manage the entire recruiting process; screen, qualify, and interview prospective management candidates for targeted areas; make hiring recommendations and track results
- Actively source candidates leveraging social media channels and creative sourcing techniques to attract talent and develop candidate engagement for current and future opportunities

- Conduct telephone screening and first interviews of restaurant management candidates using a variety of selection tools to determine the qualification of candidates
- Maintain contact and candidate information to ensure database integrity for current and future job opportunities. Track candidates methodically and coordinate interviews with Regional Operations Directors
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
- Negotiate final position requirements (compensation, relocation, etc.) with candidates
- Advertise open jobs utilizing social content, creative ad creation and maintenance (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), social media community engagement management
- Identify and utilize recruiting tools and techniques to find qualified candidates
- Ensure all appropriate candidate checks are conducted, including but not limited to background check and reference checks
- Create and maintain candidate sourcing reports and present results on campaigns and trials
- Partner with broader Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams to support recruiting initiatives and strategy
- Promote Red Robin as the employer of choice to all potential candidates by providing information regarding the company, culture, benefits, and opportunity
- Assert professional image to positively represent Red Robin, act as a brand ambassador
- Work with Talent Acquisition Partners to share candidates, recruiting strategies, information, and develop successful outcomes
- Partner with others on employment campaigns, creative special event recruiting to meet business needs in acquiring talent
- Drive continuous process improvements in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment
