Based at our Greeenwood Village Home Office, you will support the Director of Risk Management regarding all aspects of Red Robin’s risk management program.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate the identification and correction of risks throughout the organization by identifying trends and recommending solutions

Provide oversight in the adjustment of liability, auto and property losses: Navigate the relationship beween insurers and internal departments, managing the flow of claims information between appropriate parties – Operations, Legal, Carrier, Broker and TPA; ensure compliance with Red Robin’s service instructions

Develop and implement metrics and reporting tools for Operations: Work with insurance broker and TPA representatives on claim and safety dashboard for quarterly presentation to the operations field.

Manage significant General Liability, Property and Auto claims to ensure timely resolution, providing approval for large reserve increases and coordinating quarterly claim reviews

Work with Risk Director and Finance team on setting up departmental budget, claim reserves and insurance company premium audits through review of and utilization of quarterly actuarial reports.

Provide invoicing documentation on company requirements including wire transfers, monthly fee payments and bonds.

Coordinate information with Legal as needed to ensure appropriate resolution of litigated claims

Support with the policy renewal process including completing applications, reviewing terms and conditions and evaluating premiums

Conduct charge back allocations on employee (team member) injury claims.

Oversee corporate office updates regarding AED and first aid.
