Accounts Payable & Cash Specialist - Canada Apply
CO - Greenwood Village (Home Office)

Based at our Greenwood Village Home Office, you will be responsible for the accounts payable and cash management support of the Canada group of restaurants.  This position works independently with limited supervision on the responsibilities of the job.    

Duties Include:

  • Auditing of restaurant invoices against Cost Journals from the Restaurants.  Ensure that a valid invoice is being provided, correct vendor is selected, correct remit to and invoice amount is correct.
  • Validate the Cost Journals balance to what is imported into our ERP (Great Plains) from the restaurants. 
  • Audit Paid Ins/Paid Outs (PIPO) to ensure policies are being met, as well as performing any corrections or communication needed.
  • Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of 18 cash depository accounts and 3 corporate accounts which includes the following:
  • Research and resolution of any material reconciling differences between the restaurants, the bank, and the armored car vendor.
  • Identify and resolve restaurant procedural issues and/or system issues pertaining to outstanding un-reconciled items.
  • Vendor Statement Review
  • Process Corporate invoices for Canada
  • Customer Service, both written and verbal.
  • Decision making and researching skills are required to help resolve outstanding invoices and discrepancies.
  • Processing payment runs (Checks, EFTs and Credit Cards)
  • Provide accurate accruals, as needed, whether periodically or quarterly
  • Journal Entries as needed.
  • Various other tasks as assigned.


  • 2-3+ years of Medium to High volume Accounts Payables Experience
  • Intermediate level Excel skills
  • Intermediate level Outlook skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
