CO - Greenwood Village (Home Office)

Based at our Greenwood Village Home Office, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by proactively identifying qualified candidates. The TA Sourcer will be responsible for building talent pipelines by utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy to include:  social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, networking while continually identifying new pipelines through research.  This position will manage job requisitions across multiple departments.

Duties Include:

  • Support the recruitment process through diverse sourcing strategies; research alternative sourcing methods and make recommendations
  • Actively source candidates leveraging social media channels and creative sourcing techniques to attract talent and develop candidate engagement for current and future opportunities.
  • Provide support in pipeline strategy
  • Collaborate with internal marketing partners to align consumer brand and employment brand
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
  • Advertise open jobs utilizing social content, creative ad creation and maintenance (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), social media community engagement management
  • Manage internal field promotion processes by opening requisitions in ATS, resume review and initial screening interviews to present qualified candidates for review
  • Identify and utilize recruiting tools and techniques to find passive candidates
  • Support Talent Acquisition team in sourcing for difficult to fill roles in the field
  • Conduct all appropriate candidate checks including but not limited to background check and reference checks
  • Create and maintain candidate sourcing reports and present results on campaigns and trials
  • Partner with broader Human Resources team to support initiatives and strategy
  • Promote Red Robin as the employer of choice to all potential candidates by providing information regarding the company, culture, benefits, and opportunity
  • Assert professional image to positively represent Red Robin, act as a brand ambassador
  • Partner with field and corporate partners on employment campaigns, creative special event recruiting to meet business needs in acquiring talent

  • Drive continuous process improvements in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment




Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years in Human Resources/Corporate Recruiting required with broad knowledge of employment laws and recruiting concepts, policies, practices and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to think creatively to develop innovative recruitment strategies
  • Must have strong planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and strong negotiating skills
  • Restaurant or retail recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of social media  
  • Must have sourcing and data mining experience
  • Exercise sound judgment in administering laws, policies, practices, etc.
  • Leadership skills and effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential
  • Strong Excel skills required
