Communications Coordinator Apply
CO - Greenwood Village (Home Office)
The Communications Coordinator will play a critical role supporting and coordinating efforts for the Comms and Change Management team. This role is unique in that it helps support a variety of communication functions and will gain broad experience in supporting day-to-day internal communications, as well as comms and change management for strategic and transformational initiatives and deployments. 
This role will support the CM/Comms Manager and team with a variety of change management and communication responsibilities, including but not limited to: 
  • Execution of comms and change management plans for Vital few and strategic initiatives
    • Create and maintain communication plans and tracking tools
    • Create and distribute communications, materials and collateral as needed/outlined in the plan
  • Creation of communication materials and collateral
    • Gather information and create materials as needed to support marketing promos, testing, leadership meetings, etc. 
    • To include (not limited to): big sets, communication videos, ROD week and TLFG preparation, captain’s log and GM calendar, initiative calendar, and other ad hoc projects
  • Distribution of the Field and Home Office Mailer communications
    • Coordinate and edit submissions from business areas
    • Work with CM/Comms Manager to finalize content
    • Format submissions for distribution through email template
  • Management of content and maintenance of our intranet system, The Vault
    • Perform new user set-up and password management
    • Coordinate content uploads and inventory tracking
    • Maintain approval process for content uploads
    • Work with cross-functional teams and manager to ensure accuracy of content 
    • Make recommendations to improve user experience and ensure most effective organization of content
  • Ownership of team communication inboxes and requests
    • Monitor, respond to requests and escalate questions and feedback to CM/Comms Manager or SMEs as needed for Field Communications, Implementation Support, Service Now, and The Vault Admin inboxes

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Change management or project management certification preferred
  • At least two years relevant work experience in communications, change or project management
  • Proactive & motivated
  • Excellent writing/editing/communication skills
  • Ability to understand all the details but pull out the most important information/messages
  • Highly organized, effective time management
