The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is responsible for supporting the continued growth of HomeServe USA. Primary responsibilities include full life cycle recruiting across all major corporate divisions including: IT, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations. The TAM will assist in the development of role profiles, job descriptions and will actively partner with hiring managers to develop successful talent acquisition strategies. The TAM will strive to bring HomeServe USA into the forefront as a leading brand through the engagement, management and acquisition of best-in-class talent sourced from regional, social and industry communities.


  • Minimum of 5 years of sourcing / recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of success sourcing / recruiting / onboarding Senior and Managerial level candidates across multiple division across an organization
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment
  • Experience working in partnership with hiring managers
  • Experience developing role profiles and job descriptions
  • Exceptional interviewing and candidate pre-screening skills, including familiarity with specific interview styles and techniques (i.e. behavioral interview, etc.)
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of EEOC, FLSA, etc. compliance and guidelines


Job  Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a full life cycle recruiter
  • Ability to attract, engage, assess and onboard best-in-class talent in a highly competitive environment
  • Exceptional candidate management and negotiation skills
  • Experience working on multiple job requisitions simultaneously across Departments and / or locations
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing / recruiting through social media, Google / Boolean search operators and  job boards
  • Experience working with talent management / applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office tools
  • College Degree preferred
