Job Description

MRI Software is looking for an Entry-Level Business Analyst to join the Sales Operations team. This role will work closely with the Sales team, as well as other departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail and process oriented individual focused on meeting the needs of a growing and dynamic Sales team. As part of our Sales Operations team, the Business Analyst is a role that is crucial to the success of MRI’s Sales organization.

Essential functions include:

  • Create effective presentations that highlight key data and trends
  • Analyze all aspects of the sales cycle and provide data and recommendations for improvement
  • Evaluate new sales tools and make recommendations on what would provide the most value for the Sales team and monitor adoption and effectiveness

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent degree/experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, while building effective working relationships
