Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Administers, directs, and coordinates activities of Patient Care with 24 hour responsibility and accountability. Recommends, develops and implements policies, procedures and care/practice guidelines. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery. Maintains operational aspects of the patient care unit.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Licensure:
Current licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing with BSN required. CNOR preferred.
Experience:
Three to five years of Surgery experience required. Three years management experience preferred. Charge Nurse experience may be considered.
