Summary:

TimePayment Corp. is looking for college graduates to join our team! TimePayment Corp. will prepare you for your role as Associate Business Development Manager by providing comprehensive training and development. We give you the knowledge, tools and support you will need to become our next sales leader!

The two main responsibilities of this role are new customer acquisition and driving early adoption of TPC products by customers as measured by applications, originations and percent of vendors funding.


Responsibilities:

• Initiates outbound calls to prospects.

• Builds pipeline of potential customers and forecasts new accounts to be added.

• Diligently uses online CRM system to capture relevant data and to keep comprehensive and accurate notes.

• Effectively uses Internet and other resources to prospect for new leads, and to better understand vendor’s industry and business.

• Maintains intelligence on competition, understands competitors' strengths and weaknesses and effectively articulates TPC's competitive advantage

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 4 year college degree
• Proficient PC skills (MS office and Internet)
• Sales experience (inside or outside), a plus

Compensation:


Base Salary ($38,000) + uncapped commission
