Islands Restaurants has recently acquired Champagne French Bakery Café! We bring our 33 years of experience as leaders in the restaurant industry to Champagne French Bakery Café along with our determination to create the best experience for each guest! Our ideal candidate for a management opportunity is one who has a desire to serve, both the guest and team members. You must have a minimum of 1 years management experience in quick service or a bakery concept.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains service standard through hiring, training and coaching employees.
• Develops staff and builds a team oriented work environment. Leads by example.
• Works with staff in regard to food and beverage presentation and portions.
• Maintains a current knowledge and compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, remarkably clean, and friendly atmosphere for our guests and employees.
• Guest service is maintained according to company standards.
• Resolves guest service and/or product quality complaints.
• Communicates and supports company vision and values.
• Oversees cleaning and maintenance of equipment; grounds; and facilities.
• Ensures all restaurant operating procedures are in compliance with Local, State,
• and Federal regulations and guidelines.
• Oversees, all restaurant departments by supervising staff in accordance with operating policies.
• Checks food preparation and dining areas for cleanliness. Ensures stations are adequately supplied.
