You’ll be treated to panoramic views over London from our office – a stone’s throw from St. Paul’s. There’s drinks and nibbles every Friday afternoon, a table tennis table, a vibrant social scene, and the chance to work with some of the industry’s brightest minds.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Bids & Marketing Manager to plan and execute strategy for RFP/bids submissions.

  • Work with the wider agency to update profiles and create / update case studies.
  • Assist in production of credentials documents for wider sales and client service teams to use.
  • Execute the social strategy across our online channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook, both for AIA Worldwide and our agency mascot accounts.
  • Assist with content around events, such as email invites and other marketing material.
  • Help write and coordinate articles, podcasts, whitepapers etc on our thought leadership site (employerbrand.com) and the soon-to-launch agency website.
  • Alongside the Bids & Marketing Manager, identify and implement process improvements that reduce cycle times and resource requirements for proposal development.
Skills/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Graduate in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field with a focus on communication.
  • A stickler for spelling and grammar, you’re able to write with flair and enthusiasm.

  • You’ve got excellent communication skills, and are able to work with different personalities in a vibrant environment.
  • You’re proficient with software packages – Word, Excel and PowerPoint; a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign is preferable, and Photoshop and Illustrator helpful but not essential.
  • Once you’re familiar with what we do, you’ll be able to understand and pitch the agency’s services and USPs in a clear and persuasive manner.
