Job Description
Want to help people find fulfilling jobs? Join RCM of Washington's team and become and Employment Specialist where you will assist adults with disabilities in finding employment. You will assist in training and coaching people in finding gainful and fulfilling employment with reputable companies.
An essential part of this position is to network with community businesses to create new opportunities for people seeking employment.
All applicants must speak English and Spanish fluently.
Ideal candidates should have ties into the local Spanish speaking communities, comfortable networking and advocating on behalf of people with disabilities, highly organized, energetic and self-motivated.

The hourly rate is $18 per hour with incentives for job placements.
Skills/Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with preferred experience working with persons with disabilities, a valid local driver’s license and experience with Microsoft products with the ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and/or American Sign Language is required.
