E3 Federal Solutions is a leader in acquisition, project, and financial management solutions for the federal government. Since its inception in 2004, E3 has supported numerous federal agencies with their mission requirements by working closely to help define requirements, develop sound acquisition strategies, justify budget requests, and track project execution. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with proven experience managing a team of professionals across multiple Task Orders to support a high visibility law enforcement client within the Department of Homeland Security.

Position Description

The Junior Management Analyst plans, facilitates, and supports complex methodology development and evaluation, business process re-engineering, best practices, change management, business management techniques, and organizational development. The Analyst applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles in order to conduct process modernization projects. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinates and compiles headquarters and regional reports, briefings/presentations, and other correspondence. • Performs research for and support to executive staff. • Interfaces daily with the executive staff at DHS Federal Protective Services • Provides data modeling, develops modern business methods, identifies best practices, creates and assesses performance measurements, and provides group facilitation, interviewing, and training. • Handles all workflows and communications for core processing activities associated with correspondence and task management, and elevating issues, as appropriate. • Monitors and provides status updates for the progress/completion of tasks assigned • Under the direction of the executive staff, prepares reports and analyses for senior management • Provides analytical and research support for ad hoc assignments of modest complexity.





Description of Requirements, Skills, & Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field, with a minimum of 4-8 years of relevant professional work experience, with 2-5 years of directly related work experience • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to exercise sound professional judgment • Strong people management skills • Ability to manage time and multi-task to meet daily work stream demands • Possess proven and demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, including ability to develop tailored, concise, and effective oral and written correspondence for both internal and external audiences • Proficient Microsoft software application skills (MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) • Demonstrated ability to work on a team and also work independently • Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine and executive correspondence • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a large number of tasks occurring at the same time • Ability to interpret a variety of work instructions furnished in written or oral, diagram or schedule • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
