Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop solutions and manage delivery in accounts, focusing on targets/clients in the Electric markets.

• Complete architecture and design recommendations.

• Complete project management aspects of the delivery or utilize/hire additional staff to manage projects under your direction.

• Actively engage with accounts to define project requirements and expand opportunities where our capabilities fit.

• Meet with target clients to learn of opportunities and to position Patrick to win those opportunities.

• Prepare written scopes of work, develop budgets, and schedule work. You will be expected to actively work with other GSDT members to monitor, adjust, and meet project performance metrics.

• Actively participate in professional societies and business organizations to network with potential clients and future hires.

• Conduct on-site meetings with accounts within the United States.

• Participate with GSDT and HR to recruit and hire staff as necessary to complete work assignments and to round out our GSDT resources/capabilities.





Skills/Requirements

• BA (MA preferred) in computer science, engineering, geography, business, management or related discipline.

• 5 - 7 years of experience in software development management/supervision, project management.

• Understanding and skilled demonstration of project management practices (managing scope, scale, and budget).

• Experience managing direct reports.

• Strong foundation in technical writing.

• Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite of tools / applications

• Experience with ArcGIS and other Esri products a plus

• Professional/educational background in GIS or related field a plus

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and an ability to multitask

• Occasional travel, as required
