Job Description
Sugar Mountain, home of Beecher’s Handmade Cheese and the pig-shaped Maximus/Minimus food truck (and more), is looking to expand its IT team. Do you love technology, troubleshooting, and cheese? You want to be here.
We need someone to be on the ground at our various locations, both doing routine maintenance and quick fixes, and working with everyone to keep their equipment running smoothly.
Examples include:
• Hardware support of PCs, Networking Equipment, Printers, etc.
• Network connectivity troubleshooting
• PC imaging and deployment
• Equipment audits and documentation
• Point of Sale support
• Interacting with vendors
• Active Directory Administration

We’re looking for someone who has:
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under time constraints with changing priorities.
• 4-year Degree in computer science and 1 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education + experience.
• Reliable transportation and a good driving record is a must.
To be successful in this role, you should have some experience with:
• Windows 8 /10, Office 2013/16, Exchange 2013, SharePoint 2013
• Hardware repair, maintenance, or replacement for servers, networking products, and PCs.
• PC Imaging & Deployment
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WAN, VLANs, DFS, GPOs, Routing & Remote Access, Terminal Servers
• Wireless APs, Netgear switches, Mikrotik Firewalls
• Hyper V Virtualization
• Ability to work on many projects concurrently
• End user support, through Phone, e-mail, and in-person contact
• Retail operations
Desired Skills:
• PBX / SIP Phone Systems, SIP Phones
• POS Systems (Micros, Aloha, Square)
• SharePoint 2013 Administration
• Exchange 2013 Administration
• Video Surveillance Systems
