Job Description

Patrick Engineering is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager in our Lisle office to support our Management Services Group.  This position is responsible for managing large and/or high visibility projects for key clients; playing a key role in the business development efforts for a business segment or group of key clients within the Business Unit.

Responsibilities (subject to modification as business needs dictate):

  • Project Manager for various Patrick projects and various state contracts
  • Potential Owner’s Representative roles under Patrick’s Owner’s Representative On-Call with the MBTA
  • General Marketing
  • Opportunity identification and market assessments for Patrick expansion
  • Lead or support teaming arrangements and proposal efforts
  • Provide office support/back-up to our current Office Manager
  • Mentor younger staff as opportunities arise

 





Skills/Requirements

 

  • Bachelors degree in a technical field from an accredited university.
  • Registration as a professional engineer is preferred
  • 15+ years of work experience in project management, business development, design, and implementation of large scale projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and staff members
  • Strong program management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Strong industry contacts and knowledge of the industry
