Our Field Operations Managers’ daily activities include:

  • Ensuring all 24/7 facility service operations are performed to the clients’ specifications and quality expectations, conducting site visits at various times and shifts.
  • Maintaining accounts, client relations, client satisfaction, and service delivery to meet clients’ needs, expectations, and standards.
  • Managing multiple franchise business owners.
  • Developing business from existing client base.
  • Flexible schedule, including evening, night, and weekend hours as needed.

Skills/Requirements

To excel in the role of Field Operations Manager, you must bring the following experiences to the table:

  • Outstanding computer skills, including experience with contact management software (CMS).
  • Experience managing customer relationships;
  • Strong training, supervisory, and management expertise.
  • Self-starter with a solid work ethic.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Extreme focus on the customer experience.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region.
  • Vehicle with valid driver’s license.
