If so, Modernizing Medicine is hiring a Practice Management Educator in our Boca Raton, FL office location to train physicians and their staff on modmed PM, our new and advanced all-in-one solution for practices. This is a great opportunity for a Practice Manager or Technician to leverage their management expertise and move into the exciting world of Medical Software. The system was designed to modernize practice management in the same way EMA (Electronic Medical Assistant®) modernized the specialty-specific electronic medical record (EMR) market.

Your Role:
As a Practice Management Educator for Modernizing Medicine, you will be providing onsite and remote training to members of medical practices.
Responsibilities include:

Train clients in the use of the features and functions of the service

Establish rapport; gain and maintain credibility with diverse audiences

Help our clients adopt best practices in using our solution to manage their practice

Ability to provide some off-hours support, including occasional weekends
-
Reporting software improvements to Product Management
-
You must be technically savvy with the ability to easily learn new software
-
Managing time effectively with minimal supervision to accurately scope projects and ensure that practices are trained on time
-
Lead training workshops on-site and remote
-
Discuss specific patient and business workflow, scheduling, and financial practices with clients to help solve issues
-
Collaborate with the Training, Support, and Product departments to address training materials, programs, and client launch practices

Understand client contract for training items to be completed

Assist client in obtaining support and other solutions, as needed, from integrated third-party service providers
-
Record details of client feedback through the training process
Travel:
- Domestic travel, 75-90%
Skills/Requirements
Experience:
-
At least 3+ years of delivering software training to business clients
-
At least 3+ years of medical practice management (Claims Specialist, Accounts Receivable Specialist, Biller); Medical Coding Certification preferred

At least 3+ years of experience using a medical practice management system

Bachelor Degree and/or High School diploma with equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Apple hardware and software: Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOS
