Our Operations Director’s daily activities include:

  • Leading daily functions and processes of regional operations to exceed organizational goals and objectives and deliver best in class services to our client base, to include account retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting ongoing tactical meetings with regional operations team to review high-profile accounts and operational concerns.
  • Oversee Franchisee relations - training and development and relationship management.
  • Supporting staffing and retention efforts, developing and motivating team members, providing performance feedback and conducting disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Supporting regional sales goals in accordance with overall corporate objectives.

Skills/Requirements

To excel in this role, you must bring the following experiences to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus at least ten (10) years of successful experience in field operations or client service environment, including management experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, as well as ability to create and interpret P&L statements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to people across all organizational levels.
  • Extensive experience with process development/improvement and implementation.
  • Solid leadership experience and the strategic ability to transform challenges into opportunities, and be the ultimate solution set finder.
  • Experience in servicing multi-site customer accounts; knowledge of the franchise environment; and Six Sigma techniques are beneficial.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and endure repetitive movements of the hands, arms, and wrists.
  • Vehicle with valid AZ driver’s license.
