Job Description

As an Account Executive Trainee, you participate in 24 weeks of hands-on, in-depth sales training designed to set you up for success.

This outstanding program combines a balance of classroom and on-the-job training to build a superior level of skill and expertise in product/service knowledge, relationship building, and competitive marketing and selling strategies. We provide you with all the tools needed to launch a successful sales career.

Develop a thorough understanding of our services and learn how to generate leads, build competitive bids, and develop top notch presentation skills through:

Sales coaching and support from our Regional Directors
Mentorship from our talented Account Executives
1-1 coaching sessions
On-the-job training
Real life examples and role-plays

While in training, the Account Executive Trainee will also have goals around prospecting and appointment setting.

OpenWorks provides it’s Account Executive Trainees with this comprehensive training program which is designed to prepare individuals for Account Executive positions. Account Executives are responsible for promoting the company’s services, building relationships with prospective clients, and developing new business aligned with the company’s sales objectives and business strategies.
