Job Description

As a Production Equipment Operator - Lamination with Travel Tags, you will be responsible for operating multiple pieces of computer controlled equipment and machinery, ensuring production and quality goals are met.

This full time position will be expected to work 9:50 pm to 6:00 am, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all machine and process procedures
  • Gather required process sign offs and retain policy
  • Maintain production metrics as well as quality standards
  • Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
  • Use all designated personal protective equipment as required
  • Behave in accordance with Travel Tags, Inc. Core Values




Skills/Requirements

 Education

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience

  • Operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to read measuring tools as necessary (i.e. micrometers, calipers and rulers)
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail, process oriented and organized
  • Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees
  • Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal
  • Reacts to change in productively and handles other tasks as assigned
  • Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance
  • A service-oriented individual with a high energy, positive and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
  • Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English
