Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for a Retail Service Manager II!  The primary responsibility of a Retail Service Manager II is to ensure customer’s needs are met by providing quality customer service; to sell the bank’s products to customers; to ensure employees are performing in an effective manner through proper supervision, development and training; to manage the day-to-day functions of the branch/market under the supervision of a Market President or Manager; to ensure functions are completed effectively; to ensure facilities are in proper order.

Skills/Requirements
  • Minimum one year banking experience preferred
  • College Degree; Business field preferred or equivalent banking experience
  • Exceptional customer service, sales, leadership, decision-making, writing, analytical, organizational, training, oral presentation, supervisory and management skills
  • Working knowledge of bank operations
  • Consistently positive attitude
  • Professional appearance and manner
