The primary responsibility of a Retail Service Manager II is to ensure customer’s needs are met by providing quality customer service; to sell the bank’s products to customers; to ensure employees are performing in an effective manner through proper supervision, development and training; to manage the day-to-day functions of the branch/market under the supervision of a Market President or Manager; to ensure functions are completed effectively; to ensure facilities are in proper order.
