Sacramento's premier pediatric dental practice is looking for a RDA Back Office Manager to join our awesome team!

The Essential Job Elements
- Liaison between doctors and Area Manager or Patient Experience Leader
- Train and mentor all new clinical staff
- Provide feedback to Area Manager on performance issues of all employees reporting to them
- Regular reporting to Area Manager
- Order and maintain dental supplies in a cost effective manner according to defined budgets
- Prepare treatment area for patient by following proper procedures and protocols
- Prepare patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting and seating patient
- Assist the doctors during treatment procedures
- Perform dental infection control procedures
- Take x-rays
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and their child’s oral health
- Perform all lab related procedures
- Perform cleanings
- Hand off patient at check -out
- Complete care calls and thank you cards
- Document dental care services by charting in patient records
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and pertinent laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, Dental Board, etc…)
- Maintain safe and clean working environment
- Other duties as assigned

- Must have current and active RDA license

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean, neat professional appearance
- Knowledge of Dentrix a plus
