Project Manager, IT Facilities - Philadelphia, PA (Exton)

The Encima Group is seeking a highly talented Project Manager, IT Facilities for our client based in Exton, PA.  The successful Project Manager, IT Facilities candidate will be able to lead and drive IT planning and support.  Our people are Encima’s most important asset and this role will aid in enhancing the Encima experience for our clients – to deliver flawlessly each and every time!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all contributions to deliverables as needed to ensure the overall successful delivery of the project
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plan which identifies milestones and dependencies
  • Lead identification, mitigation, resolution and reporting of project risks and issues, and work with relevant colleagues to identify solutions.
    • Initiate escalation process when appropriate.
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, cost and quality in an ongoing basis
  • Promote common understanding of project timelines, milestones and reporting in order to ensure stakeholder and project team member alignment
  • Develop, maintain and monitor resource, communication and change management plans
  • Coordinate and schedule internal stakeholder and vendor resources
  • Manage project KPIs
    • Finalized roles and responsibilities
    • Timely development of project plan
    • Daily management and progression of risk and issue
    • Appropriate stakeholder management
    • Adherence to internal framework
    • Seamless and timely transition of projects to other operations support stakeholders
  • Manage and report project financials

 





Skills/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in facilities IT project management with strong stakeholder management and communication
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters’ preferred
  • PMP certification or 6-10 years of Project Management experience
  • Pharmaceutical experience desirable
  • Working in an IT environment is mandatory
  • Experience with multiple PPM tools/solutions is a strong plus
  • Proficient with advanced MS suite of products – Office, Project, Project Server, and SharePoint
  • Must be able to work independently and resolve issues
