Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Full Time Hospice RN positions. These vital team members will be cross trained in at least two areas of specialty and provide care to our patients throughout the Chicago area. This skilled professional nursing care, case management, and discharge planning for our patients will take place in private homes, nursing homes, and hospitals. This high quality care takes place in conjunction with an interdisciplinary group. Areas of specialty include: Case Management, Admissions, Park Ridge Inpatient Unit and After Hours Care.

Skills/Requirements

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse through the Illinois State Board of Nursing.

BSN preferred. Hospice Certification preferred.

At least one year general nursing experience is required with current Hospice, medical, surgical, oncology, or community health care required.

Maintains auto insurance and valid driver’s license in accordance with agency standards and has reliable transportation.

Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
