Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Support Services Team Lead to support our Federal client in Alexandria, VA. The idal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 8 admin assistants to efficiently provide administrative support services to multiple divisions within our client’s organization.  The team lead shall have full authority to act for K4 on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this task. The team lead will work on-site at the client’s site in Alexandria, VA and be available between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

The team lead is a “working” team lead and must have the ability to perform all functions under this task order to fill in for absent team members as required.

 





Skills/Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

5 years of experience as an administrative assistant in the Federal Government.  In addition, at least 2 years as a team lead responsible for managing a staff of administrative assistants. Must have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Make Copies

• Collect data for and assemble presentation binders

• Document shredding

• Manage calendars

• Set up/schedule meetings

• Web TA (Time and attendance program – administrative duties)

• Process supply orders

• Time Keeper Duties (WebTA – Add PPA Codes)

• Process on-boarding and move requests

• Process training orders

• Process copier and shredder maintenance requests

• Manage employment division resume email account

• Collect and maintain data for reports

• Route forms for signature

• Organize, create, and maintain files

• Process actions for the AWE (After Work Education) Program

• Support New Employee Orientations

Education

High School education is required and a B.S. Degree is preferred
