Job Description

Brighton Rehabilitation has a PRN COTA position open at Heritage Care Center in American Fork, Utah.

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant with Brighton Rehabilitation you will implement high quality Occupational Therapy services for geriatrics in the skilled/long term care, nursing home setting. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Treating patients according to the plan of care under the direction of a Licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Documenting progress toward identified objectives
  • Patient screenings
  • Attending facility meetings as needed

Heritage Care Center is located in beautiful American Fork, Utah.  We have been serving the healthcare needs of our community since 1984. There is a wonderful history to our building, being the original American Fork hospital. We are located five minutes from the new American Fork Hospital in a nice residential area.

Residents are our first priority. We offer a continuum of services to address the individual need of each resident. Our unique campus allows aging in place from our Assisted Living, Memory Care Unit to our Skilled Nursing unit.

Skills/Requirements

License or Certification:

  • Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited COTA program
  • Must have a current UT COTA license in good standing, or qualify for licensing by reciprocity
